6.0 Required Documents: A Letter of Expression of Interest (max 1 page); organizational profile (max half page); Legal registration certificate; one-page organogram of Governance structure; CVs of Key staff; Relevant project experience (last 3 years); Report of audit findings statements, if available; safeguarding & anti-fraud policies; two References from current or previous funders.

8.0 Deadline for submission: The deadline for submission of EQI is July 10, 2026. Kindly note that only shortlisted organizations will be contacted for interviews and subsequent organizational assessment.
