Plan International in Liberia implements programs across multiple project locations and requires a reliable, compliant, and cost‑effective supply of fuel to support its operational fleet, generators, and field activities. To ensure continuity of operations and value for money, the organization intends to establish a Long‑Term Agreement (LTA) with qualified fuel suppliers with wider presence in the counties of Liberia.
