Plan International Liberia (PIL) serves as the Principal Recipient for TB/HIV components and C19RM under grants from The Global Fund (GC7). Through this role, PIL has played a critical part in strengthening Liberia’s health infrastructure and systems.
In close collaboration with the Ministry of Health Liberia and key stakeholders, PIL continues to advance efforts to build a resilient and integrated health system. This approach focuses on improving healthcare infrastructure, strengthening supply chain systems, and enhancing the country’s capacity to deliver quality health services.
As part of the Global Fund GC7 interventions, PIL and the MOH, working jointly with the Ministry of Public Works (MoPW), completed a feasibility study for the construction of a proposed Infectious Disease Centre in Bentol, Montserrado County. This facility is intended to strengthen Liberia’s capacity for specialized infectious disease treatment, improve patient care, and enhance national preparedness and response to outbreaks.
Plan International Liberia is inviting interested parties to submit a Proposal for the Construction of Phase 1 of the Infectious Disease Centre.
The construction of the new Infectious Disease hospital facility will be divided into four Lots.

Requirements Include Valid Tax clearance, Provide copy of Articles of Incorporation, Current Business Registration, Registration with Liberian Public Works and valid proof of registration Submission of audited financial statement for 2023 & 2024 and Past performance Record including names & contact.
