National Competitive Bidding-NCB/Invitation for Air-ticketing/IFB NO.: LiMA/SBA/NCB/002/24

Liberia Maritime Authority (LiMA) has allocated portion of its 2024 Fiscal Year Corporate budget towards Air Ticketing Service. The Liberia Maritime Authority now wishes to invite sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the provision of Air Travel Ticket service.

Detailed of the requested service and all requirement can be found in the Bid Document.

Interested firms and individuals that are fully qualified and capacitated to perform this service are required to obtain a copy of the detailed bid document and clarity from the department of procurement at the Liberia Maritime Authority (LiMA), 1948 Maritime Drive, Oldest Congo Town, Paynesville, Montserrado County, between the hours of 10:00 A.M through 4:00 P.M from Monday, June 17, 2024 to Monday, July 1, 2024.

All would be interested entities/service providers should submit sealed bid containing all required document to the procurement department of the Liberia Maritime Authority.

The Liberia Maritime Authority has the right at any time to cancel this procurement and will not be held liable for the cost incurred by any vendor in the preparation of their bid document.
