EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR NEW VENDORS (REOI) NUMBER: FY2455 FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF: Nationwide Call for Expression of Interest for Vendor Pre-qualification – 15 Counties ISSUE DATE: July 10, 2024 CLOSING DATE: August 11, 2024 Background: CRS began working in Liberia in 1957, with a permanent country program office opening in 1990 to provide life-saving relief in response to emergencies and to address issues of chronic poverty and injustice through innovative and sustainable development programs. CRS Liberia has since developed programs in peacebuilding, youth livelihoods, health systems strengthening, and urban water, sanitation, and hygiene. Key partners include the Catholic Church and local faith-based organizations. |
- INTRODUCTION:
CRS Liberia is accepting expression of interest from NEW reputable and authorized suppliers.
Suppliers we’ve worked with in the past two years do not need to submit expression of interest.
Purpose of the Call:
To effectively implement program, we work with a vast array of different vendors in the local Liberian market. This call is intended to solicit expressions of interest from registered vendors who will be pre-qualified to be provided with the opportunity to apply for bids and tenders.
The primary objective is to engage qualified and experienced suppliers to supply the following services listed below.
Interested suppliers must have a working email address and bank account.
Post-qualification Actions
- Verification of accuracy, correctness and authenticity of the information provided by the bidder on the legal, technical, and financial documents submitted.
- Inquiry and reference checking with entity that may have done business with the bidder.
- Inquiry and reference checking with other previous clients on the quality of performance of ongoing or previous contracts completed.
- Physical inspection of the bidder’s branches or other places where business transpires, with or without notice to the bidder.
