Background

The Premier Group Liberia, Inc. is seeking a reliable and hardworking Office Assistant to

support daily office operations and maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.

The position requires a responsible individual capable of working independently and ensuring

the smooth running of office and facility tasks.

Key Responsibilities

 Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of office spaces, restrooms, and common areas.

 Support staff with errands and logistical tasks as needed.

 Monitor and report maintenance or repair needs promptly.

 Maintain inventory of cleaning materials and office supplies.

 Uphold company standards for safety, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

 High school education or equivalent.

 Experience in maintaining office facilities or supporting administrative operations.

 Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.

 Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

 Good communication and interpersonal skills.

 Familiarity with workplace safety and hygiene practices.
