The quotations will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
- Cost or Price – 30%
- Capacity to print required items- 30%
- Quality of printing services– 20%
- Delivery Time – 10%
- Responsiveness of the quotation in meeting specs & design – 10%
- PURCHASE ORDER TERMS:
- This purchase order (PO) is subject to all the terms and conditions outlined in FHI 360. PO Terms “Supplier’s delivery of products, the performance of services or issuance of invoices in connection with this purchase order establishes Supplier’s agreement to the Terms. The Terms may be modified only in writing and signed by both parties.
- Termination: FHI 360 has the right to terminate the contract at anytime
- This contract shall not be subcontracted to a 3rd Party.
